ICC Judges Give Verdict on Ocampo Six

The long waited verdict of the International Criminal Court (I.C.C) Judges have been delivered. It has been confirmed that charges against four of the six suspects namely William Ruto, Joshua Sang , Uhuru Kenyatta and Francis Muthaura are to proceed to trial. However it has been noted that the accused are innocent until proven guilty where the prosecutor has the burden to prove guilt. 100 Refugees Held at Diani Police Station With No Food

One hundred Ethiopian or Eritrean refugees were held against their will at Diani Police station in south coast, Kenya on Saturday. The refugees, still unidentified individually or by nationality, are thought to be Ethiopian or Eritrean and had not eaten for four days.
